Rosa Medina

Rosa Medina serves as Client Services Director at Florida Immigration Law Firm, where she leads the firm’s client relations, case-management operations, and service-delivery initiatives. Since joining the firm in February 2020, Rosa has become a trusted liaison among clients, attorneys, and legal staff, ensuring that every client receives clear communication, compassionate guidance, and attentive support throughout the legal process.

With more than 27 years of experience in U.S. immigration law and legal operations, Rosa has managed thousands of matters involving family and employment-based immigration, humanitarian relief, asylum, removal defense, and consular processing. Her experience includes preparing complex petitions, motions, briefs, sworn declarations, legal memoranda, and evidentiary submissions under demanding deadlines and with meticulous attention to detail.

As Client Services Director, Rosa oversees the client experience from initial intake through final case disposition. She coordinates workflows, deadlines, document production, and communications while developing firmwide procedures that promote efficiency, accountability, and consistently excellent service.

Rosa is highly proficient in immigration case-management technology and is recognized for her mastery of MyCase and Docketwise. She has designed and implemented case-management workflows, standardized filing and document-control systems, and trained numerous legal assistants and paralegals in immigration procedures, legal operations, and technology. Many of the professionals she has mentored have gone on to build successful and lasting careers in the legal field, a legacy of which she is especially proud.

Throughout her career, Rosa has supported clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, including unaccompanied minors and survivors of trafficking, abuse, and violence. These experiences have shaped her trauma-informed and deeply compassionate approach to client service. She understands that immigration cases affect families, livelihoods, and futures, and she is committed to ensuring that every client feels heard, respected, and informed.

Fluent in English and Spanish, with working knowledge of French, Italian, and Portuguese, Rosa excels at making complicated legal processes understandable and less overwhelming for clients. She is also a Washington State Electronic Notary Public.
